At Musico, I served as both Project Manager and Lead Designer. I was responsible for the app’s overall design, coordinating and managing a team of six app developers to bring the vision to life. I also oversaw the end-to-end execution of my designs, ensuring they were implemented with precision and aligned with user needs.
