Leroma is a private B2B marketplace and search engine designed to revolutionize how businesses discover raw materials and suppliers. With over 3,200 products, it empowers companies to source precisely what they need, bridging gaps in efficiency and connectivity within the supply chain.
When I joined the project, my mission was clear: design a product that not only functioned seamlessly but also embodied a distinct, professional identity. I took charge of the end-to-end product design and the corporate identity (CI), ensuring every detail reflected Leroma’s vision. Leading a team of 14 full-stack developers, I coordinated the implementation of my designs.
After deployment, my work didn’t stop. I conducted extensive user experience research (UXR) to refine the platform, continuously improving its usability and ensuring it met the needs of its growing user base.
