What does it take to start a digital agency from scratch? A lot of persistence—and maybe a little bit of craziness.
We started Irokami as a group of freelancers with a simple goal: to help small and medium-sized businesses compete in the digital world. We built websites, developed online services, and created prototypes—always aiming for a balance between great design and usability.
Our approach blended modern digital tools with a bit of old-school craftsmanship, making sure our products weren’t just functional but also felt thoughtfully designed.
As a core team member, I focused on everything visual and front-end, from structuring information to designing and building UI elements. I also worked closely with clients to understand their needs and shape user experiences that made sense for them. On top of that, I mentored teammates, led projects, and handled a mix of product and company management tasks.
